Returns & Damage Claims

Special Orders

• All special orders are FINAL SALE and must be prepaid in full.

Repairs

• We will repair any piece of Jillary within 30 days from date of sales receipt. There will be an additional charge for shipping & missing pieces.
• We offer repairs, restringing & clasp replacement at an additional cost.

Additional Costs

• All special orders
• Repairs after 30 days from date of sales receipt.
• Resizing or clasp change.
• Shipping a new order that has been retunred for a credit.

• WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, you will be issued a Jillary credit for the amount of your item less the shipping cost.
• Damages claims need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
